No one should be put at risk by the reckless decision of an #ImpairedDriver. #NoahsLaw was named after Montgomery County Department of Police officer Noah Leotta who was killed in 2015 in the line of duty by a drunk driver. As a mother of a new driver on #MD roads, I urge the #MDleg to close the loophole!
