Head of CBS News, Wendy McMahon, has resigned, citing tensions w/owners Paramount. This comes weeks after the head of CBS' storied newsmagazine, 60 Minutes, also resigned, citing similar issues amid pressure from Trump administration over a pending sale. loom.ly/IZc9GOo

Not exactly true. Apple TV+ has loads of kids programming, including new Peanuts specials. Paramount owns Nickelodeon. Disney+ has, well...Disney, including Bluey. Peacock has new eps of Curious George.

Sesame Street didn't leave PBS. And it won't under this deal. But PBS cannot provide the level of funding alone they need to do the show. Especially facing federal funding cuts from the Trump administration.

Seems to me that 60 Minutes has been doing some good work. But does CBS' nightly newscast seem much worse than the others?
