Hedgehog class have been learning some new skills this week with a soap making activity. The pupils looked at various types of soap before making their own, each pupil selecting a colour, aroma and type of petal to make it unique.

The children in ladybird class have continued their work on forces during their outdoor learning sessions. They did an experiment to find out which items were magnetic and non magnetic and used syringes to push and pull water. The children loved exploring the magnets!

In science Frog class have been learning about different wildlife and where they live. We went on a bug hunt with our friends searching for creepy crawlies using our magnified glasses. The class also found a few other bugs that weren't on our list. We loved getting muddy

In music Frog class have been making our own shakers. The children decorated them in their favourite colours. they added different materials to make there own shakers.

We have been learning to count using numicon. We enjoy counting the holes and matching these to the shapes and the numbers. We are working up to 5 and some of us are working independently. Well done Rabbits!

Frog class loved the farm coming to Delamere. The children were so gently with the animals. They enjoyed feeding and brushing the animals. Kaiser said " can i go back to the farm". Jacob was brave enough to hold the snake "it`s smooth".

We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to School tomorrow for the Summer Term.
