Delaware County marked Pride Month with a Pride Flag raising and a public reading of Resolution 2025-09, affirming visible support for LGBTQ+ residents, friends, family, allies, and advocates. The resolution, adopted unanimously, designates Delco as a Safe County for all.

Delaware County Council was excited to join Share Food, Aqua Pennsylvania, local officials, and community partners to officially open the newly renovated 9,000-square-foot Share Food distribution warehouse in Holmes— the County’s first centralized hub for food storage.

News: The Pennsylvania House has passed a bill to allow the attorney general to block private equity and other for profit entities from buying hospitals and other health care facilities 121-82. It goes to the state Senate.
