Hour 7 of the GA state election board meeting. The bd is now considering whether to pass a rule that could result in a delay or denial or election certification. All 159 counties in GA have to certify results before the state can certify the election and send electoral votes.

The law for when county certification must occur is November 12 here in Georgia. It would have been November 11, but that is a state & federal holiday (Veterans Day), that is why it’s the following day this year. The Legislature was not ambiguous on this point.
