I had a great evening yesterday tasting Citadelle Gin in Demon, Wise & Ptnrs they were all great but the "No Mistake" Old Tom was excellent, it has reopened an interest in barrel aged gins, previously closed by experiences with gins aged in old barrels rather than new barrels.
