I met the sweetest 4th grader yesterday at Dept. of Agriculture's Holiday Reception. Rose, from Kenai, Alaska, won this year's essay contest and was selected among many other fourth graders from around AK to come to Washington, DC, to read her essay and light the USDA tree.
