Meet the Lakers! 5th Year Assistant Coach Derek Ridgway from Elko, Nevada. Coach Ridgway will serve as the defensive coach as well as the first base coach for the Lakers. During the 2023 season Ridgway’s defense posted a .967 fielding percentage which ranked 3rd in the NWAC.
