Six area athletes will be competing in this week’s USATF National championships. Men: Nico Young, Colin Sahlman and Robbie Otal. Women: Celera Barnes, Sadie Engelhardt and Tara Davis-Woodall.

An impressive last 300 meters for Sahlman, who ran that entire segment of the race out in Lane 3. He will move onto tomorrow's semifinal along with the rest of the top-six finishers in the race.
