USE THE OFFICIAL RATE‼️ Tertiary institutions should desist from fiscal impropriety.The pegging of fees using parallel rates by Great Zimbabwe and Chinhoyi University is a fiscal criminality. Stop profiteering at the expense of unsuspecting students,thats the least we expect.
