Good perspectives for the sponge aquaculture field! Our 1-year monitoring study of Dactylospongia metachromia (known to produce interesting pharmaceuticals) revealed a high stability of its microbiome (overall and core). Check our paper w/ nicole de voogd link.springer.com/article/10.100…
