curzen SUPER conservative 1ry end point here: recurrence of ANY atrial arrhythmia for 30s Only 15% of PFA patients had a redo, 10% of cryo. 3% in each arm needed antiarrhythmic drug. Ok I’m biased (I do ablation) but >80% in both arms doing great clinically at 1 year.

curzen Dr Malcolm Finlay AF burden is usually down 98-99% as per Jason Andrade has shown. Many of your stented patients likely still use occasional GTN spray - do you consider them a failure? Traditional reporting of AF success means the interventional community undervalue/under-refer 4 this procedure

Re Ablation - we know ablation 1. is the most effective method of preventing arrhythmia recurrence. 2. substantially improves QOL and symptoms (vs sham) 3. Significant reduces health care utilisation and cost 4. Is a disease modifying intervention

curzen You should read the paper! Not symptomatic AF but AF on continuous monitoring. The strong point that this study shows is really how effective both forms of AF ablation are - such a low AF burden using continuous monitoring. Below a slide from my commentary on the presentation

Exciting news! Professor Tolga Aksu, MD's live case session from EHRA 2025 is now available to rewatch! Witness a real-time #CardioneuralAblation in a patient with recurrent vasovagal syncope, and see how #inHEART’s advanced 3D imaging technology can support your CNA procedures.

Very encouraging to see our collective improvements in VT ablation success. VT ablation should and will have a 90% success rate like SVT because we understand its mechanism with sinus surrogates. AF has a plateau at 80%, in need for new mechanistic insights. #ablateVT

It’s amazing to see consistent information across populations Recapitulating data from CIRCA-DOSE the recent Advantage AF showed AF burden <0.1% & AF episodes less <1h on follow-up had HCU comparable to no AF Same threshold paroxysmal and Persistent AF shorturl.at/gBxXb
