The lab is now up and running at New England Biolabs New England Biolabs! I'm looking for a postdoc to study phage defence systems. If you'd like the academic freedom to publish but the resources of industry, then take a look 🤓😃 neb.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/NEB_Care…

Kelly is one of the most talented and successful scientist in the Nucleic Acids landscape. We are very lucky to have her in the UK RSC Nucleic Acids. Check out her interview below if you want to hear more about her career and research 👇👇👇

We're seeking postdocs with a background in chemical biology, especially synthesis and screening. RNA expertise is a plus, but we'll train you! We Offer. Dynamic team environment; Opportunities to broaden your horizons in RNA biology. Part of a new RNA Center. [email protected]

🚨 Preprint alert 🚨 We have developed an entirely new mechanism of action for ASO gene knockdown -> lysosomal trafficking 🧬! Works with non-DNA ASOs (unlike RNase H mech) and higher activity than corresponding gapmers! Led by Disha Kashyap UCL Chemistry Oxford Chemistry

Happy Nucleic Acids Forum! Packed out at Burlington House today, as always. Great to see the new leadership team of the Nucleic Acids Group in action ❤️ Royal Society of Chemistry Michael Booth Di Antonio Research Group

In 70% of cases, ovarian cancer develops resistance to chemotherapy. Researchers and charities like Ovarian Cancer Action hope that this finding could improve ovarian cancer survival rates. Find out more via @TheObserver 🔽 observer.co.uk/news/national/…

Very happy to see that The Observer has written a piece to cover our latest Genome Biology paper on ovarian cancer chemoresistance. Imperial College London observer.co.uk/news/national/…

Thank you Imperial College London for highlighting our work. Link to the original research paper is here rdcu.be/ev2w3

Fantastic new research from Di Antonio Research Group all about DNA's hidden shape unlocking chemoresistance in ovarian cancer! Read more: imperial.ac.uk/news/266133/dn…

Happy to share our latest preprint describing the first genome-wide map of G4s in T.Brucei led by the amazing Ludovica Monti. We found that G4s accumulate in coding regions of the parasite, causing transcriptional perturbation upon treatment with ligands. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

✨New preprint on genome-wide mapping of DNA G-quadruplexes in trypanosomes🧬 Led Imperial College London & transition to PI University of Melbourne with collab University of York & London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine 👏🏻Congrats to my MSc student Genta Firth on 1st paper!
