I'm extremely proud to see our work on ensemble deep learning applied to kinase-substrate prediction using phosphoproteomics data published doi.org/10.1093/nargab…. This wouldn't be possible without Sean Humphrey Benjamin Parker James Burchfield and outstanding PhD student Di Xiao.

Our recent study (doi.org/10.1186/s13059…) highlighted the potential use of deep learning for selecting features in scRNA-seq data. Our new lab study (doi.org/10.1186/s13059…) by Hao Lawrence Huang, chunlei liu, and Manoj M Wagle examines their suitability and necessary improvements.
