Congratulations to Concert Orchestra for receiving 1st place in the full orchestra division Saturday, April 12. They also received the Overall Outstanding Orchestra Award! Great job everyone!

Varsity WINTER GUARD competed in prelims and semis this year and had a great time in Ohio 🪩🕺💛 !! We had a good time meeting other guards and watching shows. Good job to all the other guards that competed and we can’t wait for the next season to start 🙃

Thursday, April 24th, at Angel Stadium of Anaheim, DBHS Athletic Trainer Chase Paulson was honored as the 2025 CIF Southern Section Male Athletic Trainer of the Year. The CIF Southern Section Night of Champions Awards Ceremony was held just before the Los Angeles Angels game.

Friday morning, May 9, 354 Brahmas assembled to take the 2025 Adavanced Placement United History Exam. These are amongst 3,588 AP exams that will be taken by DBHS students during two weeks in May. Go Brahmas!

Monday, May 12, 2025, 487 Brahmas took the AP Calculus exam (AB & BC). They started their day together in our amphitheater. Before the students left for their testing areas, all of the AP Calculus teachers led them in the F-I-V-E SPELL OUT!

Exciting news! Our school has been facing a lunch table shortage for years, but thanks to the incredible generosity of Mrs. Theresa Lee, we've added 18 new tables to our campus earlier this school year! This has made a huge difference for our students.

Congratulations to Kurt Davies who became our school’s first Director of Athletics, as the role of athletic director transitions to an administrative position. This designation was approved at the WVUSD Board of Trustees meeting Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

Thursday, May 22, Campus Security John Rodriguez was honored as a WVUSD Cornerstone Award recipient! John has faithfully served our Brahmas, always putting “kids first,” and going above and beyond for the safety and positive atmosphere or our school site. Thank you John!!
