The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Health- Uganda Dr. Diana Atwine has this afternoon awarded several Nurses with certificates and medals for their selfless service to Ugandans. The Vice President Vice President Jessica Alupo joined the nurses of Uganda at Kumi Boma grounds to celebrate International nurses, thanks 2 Government of Uganda 4 recognizing the role nurses play in delivery of healthcare in Uganda, in attendance is Dr. Diana Atwine the PS at Ministry of Health- Uganda .Uganda Nurses & Midwives Council



Today, I joined Dr. Diana Atwine, Ministry of Health officials, district leaders and other stakeholders at the pass-out ceremony of Community Health Extension Workers (CHEWs) at the district headquarters. I commend the passed-out CHEWs and encourage them to serve diligently.
