It’s the Champions League Final at the weekend. Back in the day when it was the European Cup, English teams ruled! You didn’t have to pay to watch it as it was LIVE on Wednesday nights on BBC or ITV, & we had great commentators. It’s now all down to money, money, money!

What a cracking game of football. Two teams having a right go at each other. Open football, chances galore, seven goals and it should have been more. Everything an England game isn’t😁

Not a yellow card. Not even a penalty. Cole was committed before Russell kicked the ball. He didn’t lead with a shoulder and there was no head contact either. The resulting penalty arguably cost Leicester the game.

Myeloma is a life-changing blood cancer, but it’s often missed. This #MyelomaAwarenessWeek share this post to help raise awareness, because you could help someone get diagnosed earlier, and that could change their life.

I've just received a repayment receipt from Department for Work and Pensions which I urgently needed to keep HMRC happy. It only took 10 months of asking and asking to get it. 10 months! All for a one line letter. Bananas. Utterly bananas.

15 days in, 15km swum. We’ve got another 18km to do before the end of July - and I would LOVE us to hit £600 for Switchboard this week. We’re only £80 off, so I’m shamelessly using post-swim skin to entice you to support the UK’s #LGBT helpline. LINK | gofund.me/8930a106

A win is a win but that was a really poor second half against a very average Australia side. The Lions starting XV looked solid but the bench offered surprisingly little.

A final piece of advice from Holly Butcher - written the day before she passed away from cancer at just 27: “It’s a strange thing knowing you’re going to die young. At 26, I thought I had time… To fall in love. Start a family. Grow old. But cancer doesn’t care about plans.
