The ACC & Big 12 should take a page from FanDuel & DraftKings. Both are insidious, nefarious companies who dominate the online betting market. Not a single established (MGM) or new (ESPN) betting player has been able to break either's grip. Why? Marketing. Together, they outspend

“It is a great group of guys. We are ACC Champions and National Runner-Up, so that’s a heck of a year but a little bit short of our goal. Most of our guys will be back and I’m looking forward to next year.” - Coach Sargent virginiasports.com/news/2025/05/2…

If the nation wants college football to only be a southeastern game, then we do what the SEC wants. But college sports and most pro leagues put conference or division winners into the post season. The pro leagues that don’t have much fewer teams. Silly argument, SEC. Do better.

If this happens (9 conference games and 1 BIG game), I fear for the SEC-ACC rivalry games like Clemson-South Carolina, FSU-Florida, and GT-UGA. The SEC loves them some cupcake non-conference games. Taking away one of those could kill those rivalry games.

As always, the devil is in the details. If this expansion serves as an avenue to weed out mid-majors to the benefit of mediocre SEC and B1G BB teams, then heck no!

Sankey is just the mouthpiece for SEC Presidents and ADs. THEY want the playoffs to be an SEC invitational. THEY want all the money. THEY don't care about the future of college sports. What a sad state of affairs.

The SEC dominated CFB for 20+ years because it has more institutions that want to win at a high level and is closer to elite-level talent. That said, we're about to change the sport with data from 2000-2022 — which show SEC dominance — despite the fact that NIL/portal may even

The SEC regular season is so grueling they are simply too exhausted to compete for national titles anymore. It's so exhausting that when teams join the SEC from other supposedly inferior conferences they are so fresh that they have no problem competing for SEC titles right

🚨Omaha 8🚨 I already know I’m going to be roasted for this, but I believe one mid-major will be in Omaha. How fitting would it be that ECU Baseball does it the year everyone gave up on them. So you know what? Give me the #PackTheJungle💍🏴‍☠️ in Omaha.

Previously, the SEC/B1G Monster threatened to form their own super league if the ACC/Big12/ND/G5 didn't give them more money and ultimate control of the CFP. Now they're whispering about excluding everyone else from the CFP? At some point, it will be time to call their bluff.
