Patient "no-showed" for 3-month follow up AKA "noncompliance." BUT they were unable to sell a cow to get the money for transport. The cow finally sold last week. Great reminder to to stop labeling patients & instead focus on how I can equip them if the next cow doesn't sell (1/2)
