After RAPPL purification of ribosomes (biorxiv.org/content/10.1...) we found yet another way to get ribosomes and other macromolecular complexes easier to the cryoEM grids. This time besides ribosomes we purified p97 complexes (back to the PhD times). Stayed tuned...

Ok after recent group used RAPPL (biorxiv.org/content/10.1...) for archaeal ribosomes we also tried it on different Archaebacteria. We also tried some specific translation cycle complexes with a new method.
