Ok after recent group used RAPPL (biorxiv.org/content/10.1...) for archaeal ribosomes we also tried it on different Archaebacteria. We also tried some specific translation cycle complexes with a new method.

3 years after terrible loss (two -80C freezers and back-ups) of almost all of our collection of regular and mutant human, Drosophila, E. Coli and Plasmodium cells, we are still not finished with insurance. I should point out that this was a valuable collection of mutant cell
