It’s 39 degrees outside and there is no heat in my lab. Cal State Northridge how much longer do we have to endure this? You’ve know the heat has been broken for months.
Incredibly grateful to be a recipient of the U.S. National Science Foundation #GRFP this year in Marine Biology Life Sciences!! 🌊 Thank you to all of my communities and to Dr. Nyssa Silbiger for always believing in me and believing that UG GPA does not define you or your success 💙
For lab meetings we teach each other new skills (#skillbiger lab) and Jamie Kerlin taught us all the delicate art of making TikToks as our Tik Tok Tech 😂. Follow @ silbigerlab for some fun content!
So proud of Silbiger Lab graduates (past and present) and CSUN Dept of Biology award winners!! 🎓🥳🎉
So honored to have been inducted as an ICRS Fellow. It is so humbling to be among all these amazing scientists, conservationists, and friends. Thank you so much! 🪸😊 #forthecorals #ICRS2020 International Coral Reef Society @HolliePutnam

Proud of Dr. Nyssa Silbiger and Ben Chubak for carrying this team!! 🥳
Field film shot while conducting coral reef research in Mo’orea, French Polynesia. Primarily, I worked with Silbiger Lab on a project investigating the biogeochemical impacts of submarine groundwater discharge (SGD) on the surrounding coral reef system.
