Here's what worked for me, the things that didn't and how I'm planning to lose the same amount of fat in half the time:

My current prioritization framework: 1. Customer requests. Always do them first. They are allowed to interrupt me. 2. If I have a global task, I keep doing it. E.g., some new feature. 3. If I don't have a global task, work on improving some metrics: # of errors, churn,

"Typewriters became affordable! Book writers are obsolete now. Everybody will write a book for themselves." "Deep Blue beats Garry Kasparov. Chess is dead. AI will play with AI, and people will watch it." LLMs can code a React todo app...

AI coding agents in the terminal were a genius move, and it is the future. Nobody wants to change their IDE/editor every week.

Dmytro Krasun Cyrus Lim - Monk mode you can start with the pro plan but you'll hit rate limits quite fast. The max $100 is needed for all day coding. It's good value, some people use $1-2k worth of tokens with it. The diff is that they don't do that many tricks behind the scenes as Cursor — the full raw context is

The chess argument is a false equivalence to AI coding We don't watch 2 AIs play chess - because we love the drama of 2 humans taking on each other.. Same is not true for software I want an email marketing tool for my business. I don't care if a human wrote the code for it

I don't think it is self-censorship, but I deleted 2 tweets because of that too yesterday. I saw the first replies and realized that people might not understand the joke and the mentioned person might be hurt. Besides that, I don't delete anything.

With the “For You” feed, communities can’t exist by design. The foundation for any community is seeing and chatting with the same group of people regularly. With “For You”, it will always be somebody/something new that goes viral.

sales.co is one of the best landing page I saw recently: 1. No bullshit. Clear message and value proposition. 2. Social proof. 3. Numbers and convincing metrics. 4. It could be a perfect landing page for a dev tool or an API product.

1. I have never taken any money to write my posts or promote somebody. Yet 😂 2. It is not a bad thing to be sponsored, especially if disclosed. 3. I often put links in the post. I don’t care about the algorithm, it is a better UX for people—no need to go to replies.
