Dr Fawzi Mankal has been a lifelong supporter of Camp Misquah. Started as a camp counsellor & has been a volunteer ever since. Now he’s playing DocsOnIce.ca to raise money for a medical facility at the camp. Click here to see his message: vimeo.com/918286607/a726…

Fawzi is always giving back. His favourite cause is Camp Misquah that helps folks with special needs have a camp experience. He’s even willing to play DocsOnIce.ca He may not be the best hockey player, but he’s a great family MD (I know - he’s mine) & a great person.

Hey CTV Ottawa CBC Ottawa Ottawa Citizen Ottawa Sun - DYK in 3 short weeks > 800 Canadian MDs are descending on Ottawa to represent their cities across Ontario in this annual tourney to raise money for Camp Misquah docsonice.ca

DocsOnIce.ca is an annual event with over 800 Canadian MDs playing hockey in spirit of comradarie, and with a goal of raising $ for a good cause. This year Camp Misquah for people with special needs to have a camp experience. Tell your friends and consider a donation

T-minus 48 hours until almost 800 MDs descend on Ottawa for the annual docsonice.ca tournament to raise money for Camp Misquah. A lot of preparation for hockey two full days of hockey this weekend and a gala to see old friends and meet some new ones Canadian War Museum

My absolute honour to work with these dedicated friends to get this tourney to the start line. A lot of heavy lifting, but worth it for Camp Misquah. Not too late to visit docsonice.ca and donate. All proceeds to the charity with an immediate charitable receipt.

DocsOnIce.ca is in full swing at the Sensplex - East and West. Anyone/everyone invited to come watch MDs lace up for a good cause. Still not too late to donate to this great cause. Help Camp Misquah reach its target by visiting our website and smashing “DONATE”

DocsOnIce wouldn’t be a charitable success without our corporate sponsors. Not only did they donate money to Camp Misquah, but some even showed up on the day to volunteer and help things run smoothly! Thanks Alec Girard TEKsystems for your incredible support!

We love all our corporate sponsors. All instrumental in making this charitable tournament a success. But special shout out to ProResp Inc. (Mr Kelly Munoz) for their incredibly generous sponsorship (including water bottles) and their annual sponsorship to DocsOnIce.ca

How do you celebrate being named player of the game … after going end to end and scoring the game winner with 1.7 sec left on the clock? Jim Watterson gave his prize right back to Camp Misquah camper and Capital City Condors player for being his biggest fan!

800 MDs .. 60 teams .. 2 days of .. & a gala Canadian War Museum! All in the spirit of camaraderie around hockey. All to raise money for Camp Misquah - helping kids and adults with special needs have a camp experience. Thanks to our corporate sponsors. Still not too late to donate!
