This is the temp bridge they built to make it substantially safer on people trying to get out. Its a pile of sand in the middle of the same creek that flooded days ago. What about this is safer??? With the rain coming today this pile of sand will be gone before nightfall.

Quick update before I put the phone down for the night. Flooding is ongoing from San Saba to Killeen. We will not know how bad areas were hit until morning. More rain over night. We are monitoring and have eyes in these areas. We are ready to roll as soon as morning if we need
