I've been waking up at around 4AM (or earlier) for the last 6 years to do my meditation and yoga practice. This is the best and most important part of the day because it's dedicated to personal and spiritual growth.

My friends - how much time approx you spend meditating per week? Would love to hear! I try to practice 4 hours everyday so my weekly hours would be around 28 hours.

I am glad that I keep doing my yoga/meditation/breathing around 4h every single day. Life is going on, but my continuous practices keep on evolving me. And every year that passes by doesn't make me feel older and weaker, but, rather stronger, wiser, more experienced.

Amazing abdominal muscles control in advanced Yoga Pranayama Kriya practice. These practices tone and massage the abdominal region, but more importantly, awaken the inner fire center also known as the manipura chakra.
