One thing I’m going to do is ride for my kid. By ride I mean critique, recognize, motivate, support, and help her stay encouraged. There is no separation in talent and I won’t let her feel defeated. Encourage her to change what she needs to and than get those same opportunities.

My dad told me he only feels old when one of his girls reaches a milestone. I sure understand now. A teenager no more. Love you kid.

Heart breaking

My best friend from high school son took his life today. Depression is very real. It’s hard enough to manage w/out people adding to the difficulty of trying to manage this sickness. Be kind, be mindful. The small things you do around someone can impact them more than you know
