Behind every smile in the classroom, some girls & boys are silently battling anxiety, stress, or even depression. From academic pressure, bullying, and body image issues, as well as menstruation stigma and abuse. It’s time to: ✅ Normalize mental health conversations in schools.

Last week, we held an interactive session on menstrual health management, mental health, and self-care at the Uganda School for the Deaf. We believe that every girl, including those with disabilities, has the right to access menstrual health education & products. #PeriodJustice
