A young person’s journey & experience in the academy are not in itself about the final destination. It is about maximizing a young person’s potential, personal and team development and leadership. Creating a culture and an environment of promoting and growing emerging talent 💪🏼

Thrilled to have Luke and Leo as Donegal u17 and u20 academy team managers respectively, for the 2023 season. Both have had huge impact in our young players journey over the last two years. We look forward to seeing them in action and wish them the very best for 2023 season.

Without family support our players wouldn’t be where they are today. On Saturday we invited all parents and guardians of our academy players to the auditorium for a workshop with Jigsaw on supporting a young persons mental health💚

Thanks to Donegal LGFA & @St_Michaelsgaa for inviting our u17 academy squad to Cresslough yesterday to be apart of their special coaching day in aid of the Creeslough tradegy fun. We were honoured to play our part while players also raising €500 to donate. Well done to all👏
