This afternoon, I joined Justin Driscoll, Amanda Lefton New York State Dept. of Environmental Conservation, & Sally Librera National Grid for a panel discussion at the SIEDC Business Conference to highlight NY’s initiatives, progress, support for businesses, & our focus on planning for the future.
Today’s ribbon cutting at Storm King is just in time for the summer season! This capital project enhances accessibility, supports conservation & puts environmental sustainability front & center. It was rewarding to see these NYS Energy Research and Development Authority supported projects come to fruition!
This week's BloombergNEF summit panel discussion w/ Justin Driscoll NY Power Authority and Hydro-Québec Clean Energy made it clear: An energy future with a connected, affordable, & reliable energy grid requires solutions to obstacles & strong collaboration w/ our partners to overcome them.
Today I joined Congressman Paul Tonko as a panelist w/ Matt Ketschke & Jen Hensley Con Edison at the IUWG Conference to discuss energy trends. I highlighted NY's diverse energy portfolio investments to ensure an affordable, reliable & abundant energy supply.
