Hannah Wayment-Steele Lucy Colwell Sergey Ovchinnikov Dorothee Kern So check this out: MSA clustering works on MCT1, which was the problem protein from our benchmark set that only got one conformation. The outward-open structure we could not model without templates (PDB 7CKR) is shown in pink, closest model (so far) in gray. Really impressive!
