So 16 and 17 year olds who will, under Labour’s plans, be able to vote, have been blocked from listening to a parliamentary debate on grooming gangs because they’re too young. This is madness. This is a failure of leadership. This is chaos.

I’m a bit confused So it appears to be ok to wave UK flags, sing the National Anthem & support England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 at a football match but it gets scorned against if we do that outside of a football stadium 🏟️ Have I got that right?

BREAKING - Keir Starmer accused of ‘staggering hypocrisy’ after using taxpayer-funded private jet to fly in for Euros final (via The Telegraph) telegraph.co.uk/politics/2025/…

I have never seen a press conference like it. Keir Starmer was squirming. Completely out of his depth. Visibly panicking. Constantly lying. At points the colour ran out of his face and he was completely unable to speak. He was painful to watch. The man is not fit for office.

Starmer receiving a lesson from President Donald J. Trump on the importance of family farms. He should listen and learn. Family farms are not just a way of life - livelihoods across our country and food security at stake. Labour’s family farms tax is as toxic as his entire government.

Spot on by President Donald J. Trump Sadiq Khan, Starmer’s friend has done a terrible job as Mayor of London. Every decision he’s made from crime & policing, his assault on business, his planning policies through to his war on motorists all hurts London. He is London’s worst ever Mayor.

Rob Moore (@robprogressive) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Trump was asked if he’s coming to London: “Not a fan of your mayor. Nasty guy. Terrible job.” (Yes, he meant Sadiq Khan.) Starmer’s response? “He’s a friend of mine.” Says it all really. Trump doesn’t do filters. Starmer doesn’t do standards. No wonder Britain’s capital is

Can we keep President Trump? In less than an hour, he has been better opposition than parliament and held the government to account better than most of the UK media.

Who is the racist here? I heard no identity politics from the President, just insults about the Mayor of London’s character and performance which, judging by his behaviour in the Assembly and the state of my hometown, are the truth.

It’s the school holidays. By now the government thought 3k kids would have been forced out of their schools by VAT. Turns out there were 16k fewer in private schools already in Jan. 5x the estimate. Revenue is shot. No money, just spite.

Utterly humiliating day for Starmer. Looked like a little school boy. How can the UK PM allow himself to be ‘hosted’ in his own country by a leader of a foreign country? How can the President of the US stand on the steps of a UK building and demand the UK PM ascends to meet him?

Labour has spent three times more on private flights in one year than the last government did over a whole Parliament. It's not the flights I mind, it's the hypocrisy. Remember how Labour used to complain about Rishi Sunak taking private flights AT HIS OWN EXPENSE?

Not a peep from Starmer when Macron stood next to him & insulted 17.4m Brits who voted for Brexit. But when Trump correctly called out Sadiq Khan’s failure, he was quick to answer back. The wrong priorities again. Starmer is even more clueless than Sunak was.

Tonight, not necessarily far from where you live, a farmer will be bringing home harvest 2025. Often their labours are treated with disdain by government and contempt by supermarkets. But they uphold an ancient tradition and, without them, the best of Britain world be lost.

Laila Cunningham: So is it [Online Safety Act] also about censoring adults? Yes or no? Labour MP Barry Gardiner: Yes. There we have it, a rattled Barry admitted that it’s not about protecting children, it’s to stifle free speech from the “wrong” views.

Normally after meeting a US President, the PM’s social media feed would quickly fill up with statesmanlike clips of the event. Hours on from the disaster of today’s humiliation by Trump, Starmer’s PR people clearly can’t find anything worth salvaging from the wreckage. 🤭
