My son moderated this event, and there was trouble scheduling Hovde before Friday’s debate. What you have done is put students trying to be nonpartisan in the crosshairs of the craziness we’re living in today.

These teenagers have worked honorably and admirably with both campaigns and the campaigns have been equally honorable and trying to set this up. Sometimes, scheduling doesn’t work. Not everything is a political gotcha moment.
