Exciting new post combining novel drugs targeting the TME with radiation in murine models of urothelial cancer. We massively need to improve outcomes in this tumour. It would be great to hear from anyone interested…. jobs.icr.ac.uk/vacancies/513/…

[2/3] Anna Wilkins will use a Clinician Scientist Fellowship to interrogate how cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) limit radiotherapy response in #bladdercancer and ways to modulate CAFs to improve radiosensitivity. #CRUKFunded | Anna Wilkins | The ICR

Very grateful to Science and Innovation at Cancer Research UK for awarding me a fellowship. Very excited to introduce the Stromal Radiobiology Group. Our team at The ICR will focus on effective targeting of the tumour microenvironment to improve outcomes for bladder cancer patients.
