Today we released our new vital statistics report, which shows progress towards our #HealthyNYC goal of increasing life expectancy in NYC to 83 years by 2030. In 2022, life expectancy at birth was 81.5 years, increasing by 0.8 years since 2021. Read more: on.nyc.gov/vitalstats2022
