Well after several months, hours of phonecalls, and hundreds of £s out of pocket, O2 are still no closer to sorting out the fraudulent activity on my account. Easily the worst customer service I have ever received from any company and delighted to have terminated my contract!

A couple of years ago, I set the goal of getting Italian citizenship. The biggest hurdle to this was passing 4 separate exams - speaking, listening, writing & reading - all in Italian. Today I received my PLIDA B1 certification. Dual citizenship incoming! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇮🇹
