A great review and discussed from a prehospital perspective. Although some will continue to argue the science......I believe there is benefit and low risk. We are actually using a 2 gm bolus. That may be a little much even for some early adopters to accept at this point.

Medication errors? One of our agencies just received this as their order for 4 mg vials! Always check your meds up and down the entire chain from purchase to administration ........
