We think that how well you treat cardiac arrest is an indicator of the strength of your EMS system overall. If your Chain of Survival has strong QI, QA, training, collaboration and leadership for cardiac arrest, then you likely have a very strong EMS system overall. #ohca

A great review and discussed from a prehospital perspective. Although some will continue to argue the science......I believe there is benefit and low risk. We are actually using a 2 gm bolus. That may be a little much even for some early adopters to accept at this point.
