A1: Sim must include decision making, not simply performance of choreographed behavior or procedure. We can get lost in the doing and loose the decision making training if Sim is not designed to include it #hmichat

Nicolas Thibodeau I think we need to focus some of our energy on how our learners practice AFTER the lesson. We spend so much time on the lesson itself (because it is in front of us, controllable, and tangible) but the rubber really hits the road out there in clinical environments. #hmichat
