Great work by Joseph Ghanem. A SR & meta-analysis showing cognitive impairments generally remain stable 5+ years post-onset of psychosis. While controls showed slight gains, patients largely maintain performance, with a small decline only in visual memory: cambridge.org/core/journals/…
