The success of STEM beyond boundaries continuous. In 2021 we hosted 5 STEM online sessions for 4 schools. In March 2023 we hosted our 1st in person STEM interactive session for 99 young female students on campus, and I look forward to welcoming more than 100 students next week.

Failure means that you tried, it means that you now know better, it means that you are learning, it means that you are very brave…and the list goes on. Never underestimate the experience of ‘failing’…embrace it and learn from it… HM✨

Feedback is useful but it should not mean that it is the only answer to a given project/problem. Changing your narrative to fit within a given feedback is the WRONG approach. If you do so you are compromising your authenticity.

Leadership is not about occupying roles and positions it is about the leadership practice which promotes a culture of trust, accountability and excellence.

Absolutely…which is why I acquire students who take my courses in programming to write a code using a pencil/pen and a notebook.
