Worth bearing in mind, this is what the BBC said to me in 2020 when Andrew Neil was being a shouty, right-wing pile on orchestrator on Twitter. Compare and contrast.

This is a really exciting day for the ORBITA family! The last of 301 patients randomised in the ORBITA-2 trial. Smiles all round!! Well done to Christopher Rajkumar for driving this trial and thanks to all our incredible collaborators all over the UK who really made this happen

As a TPD I am not allowed to comment on the strike other than to wish that everyone gets together soon and settles it amicably blah blah blah. But they never said we can't post pictures wordlessly. So here are two pics.

Honoured to have presented my work for the Young Investigator Award BSCMR on automatic aortic stenosis detection for patient-specific aortic valve sequences. Huge thanks to my supervisors Graham Cole, Prof Anil Bharath, James Howard and many other collaborators! #bscmr2023

Wow! I had been assuming this was going to show weight loss -> lower BP & cholesterol etc -> Fewer events, and that would be a very gradually-evolving effect. This shape of a seemingly constant relative risk reduction throughout suggests an instant benefit of eating less!

Presented at #AHA23: ORBITA-2 trial: In patients with stable angina who were receiving little or no antianginal medication and had documented ischemia, PCI resulted in a better health status with respect to angina than placebo at 12 weeks. Full results: nej.md/3u21tO2
