Ummm, so our VC won't budge in negotiations with TEU for a payrise which matches the increase in cost of living. BUT she WILL accept an 18% pay rise in her own salary from 2021 to 2022!! This is a rise of $91k !!! this is more than the entire salary of many of her staff!!! WTF!
