Some more evidence from a meta-analysis of 6 RCTs that subdermal implants (i.e. Nexplanon) are more likely to cause acne than hormonal IUDs (OR 2.21). Something to keep in mind for those concerned about acne who otherwise don't have strong preferences. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40069520/
