Hot take. Medicine is hard for everyone. But it is harder for those at the top of this graph than it is for those at the bottom. Debt is one of the major stressors about this profession.

Even after the toughest and longest shifts in the ED, I still get the opportunity to say that I get to take part in saving someone’s life. And that’s pretty damn awesome. #medtwitter
