Thanks to Forces in Mind Trust and all participants at our workshop today where we have started to think about priorities for veterans living with dementia. Signposting to services, support for families, involvement of veterans living with dementia in designing services all key.

Really interesting to find out the varieties of experience of technology of people living with dementia and their carers. Sounds like the key thing is having online / tech as well as in person options. Also confirm that Older Adults can certainly use tech 😊#LiverpoolDementia

I found this brilliant infographic today by I’m Going Bananas 🍌 on the window of tolerance - trying to stay in a calm mindset. It made a lot of sense to me, so hopefully you will find it helpful too! Their blog post is here: mindmypeelings.com/blog/window-of….

Great to be here 😊. Interesting to hear more ways that services can be integrated and services joined up. Certainly our initial data suggests veterans living with dementia can ‘fall through the gaps’ in services Anthea Innes Veterans_DementiaGM
