The week has started fast but we <a href="/chiuni/">University of Chichester</a> <a href="/ChiUniSLS/">Chichester University Sport and Life Sciences</a> hosted a busy Open Day on Saturday.

I had the pleasure of delivering the #sport and #exercise #psychology programme talk to a packed audience and I even had a long discussion about performance psych in golf
