Fresh insights learned from a session on exploring work-life boundaries in remote & hybrid work at WFRN. 4 presentations focus on boundary management, daily experiences, supervisor support, and role blurring, emphasising proactive strategies and organizational support. #wfrn2024

Prof Ellen Galinsky Ellen Galinsky is giving her big talk at the WFRN 2024 conference. Fascinated to learn the notion of executive function skills, its composition and its significance to human life. #wfrn2024

A fascinating session on #4dayworkweek at WFRN. Findings from global context and database(e.g. US, UK, Australia, Europe) show that increasingly progressive employers have been adopting this mode, which shows (mostly) positive results to employee and organizational outcomes.

An interesting session on flexibility paradox (e.g. ideal worker norm,flexibility stigma) organised by Prof. Heejung Chung at WFRN. Findings from large scale surveys & experimental studies show that still way forward to combat stigmas (especially for mum) despite some positive changes

Popped back at Cranfield celebrating MSc MHRM students’ graduation ceremony. It was great years of memories launching and leading the programme, and working with a group of talented students (now HR professionals) Look forward to have more happy moments like this at Birmingham!
