Etiologies of #CerebralPalsy can overlap. Just because someone has an “explanation” for why they have CP (like prematurity) should not preclude a genetic workup. Great work Sid Srivastava, ⁦Child Neurology Society⁩ #CNSAM Phillip Dodge Young Investigator Award Lecture. #NDD

Even though more women are in leadership positions in the field of neurology than ever before, the gap continues to grow. And where there is one disparity there are likely others. We need to create a more inclusive field in child neurology. Well said, @dr_jmartindale !

A few people asked me how (or why) I gave a visual description of myself and each of my slides during this talk. Visual descriptions make our talks more accessible! Want to know more about digital accessibility? Check out Rooted in Rights' #AccessThat rootedinrights.org/accessthat/

The #CNSAM clinical research workshop was an outstanding learning experience for investigators of all levels. Wonderful discussion group led by Angela Hewitt reviewing challenges and solutions in development of clinical outcome measures in pedi movement disorder trials.
