I’ve attended ASCO for nearly 10-years. #ASCO2025 has been particularly special. Presented our MASCC-ASCO Survivorship Care work; met Prof @TSmit136 who funded my MASCC Survivorship Fellowship; and was present for the worlds’ first exercise and survival trial result.

Looking forward to present on the important topic of cancer survivorship for #WolperJewishHospital, facilitated by Julie McCrossin AM (She/Her), with an all-star Sydney cast including Prof @Hagsie, Dr Michael Krasovitsky, and @DrMonicaTang.

Visiting the Lake District, with a cameo visit to see the @FredHutch campus (because I am a nerd at heart). I like to see where some colleagues work and how care is delivered (including urban design, location, barriers/facilitators to access). Always something to learn #MASCC25.

Our new paper, led by MASCC Survivorship Fellow, Takemura Naomi Ph.D. RN - introducing the ‘treatable traits’ paradigm to cancer care: link.springer.com/article/10.100… A treatable trait must:- 1. Have Clinical Relevance. 2. Identifiable and Measurable. 3. Evidence-based Interventions.

Another jam-packed day of catching up with colleagues, attending meetings, Chairing sessions, and listening to some exceptional research being done across survivorship and exercise oncology, as well as reducing inequities in accessing care. #MASCC25.
