First 2 days of our onsite have been focussed on dissertation vivas. Today the practicals began. Some great sessions on lifting, plyos and sprinting. Thanks to Niall MacSweeney Simon Brearley for passing on their knowledge and our own staff Shaun Joffe and Coach Dan John.
