Despite us still having to switch clocks, I'm ecstatic to report that Alberta is not going to permanent DST after a slim victory of 50.2% to 49.8%. Let's work to get permanent Standard Time on the ballot next time.

My latest research collaboration with @ucsf orthopaedic surgeons is out! We found #sleep hygiene interventions combined with zolpidem and melatonin resulted in longer sleep duration, better sleep quality and reduced opioid use post-operatively. Full PDF: bit.ly/3M47WeO
